ABOUT FUZEQUBE
Built around the people who make innovation happen.
Meaningful breakthroughs emerge only when the right capabilities, people, and opportunities are structurally aligned. We work across research, entrepreneurship, industry, and the public sector to translate ambitious ideas into practical outcomes.
OUR STORY
Overcoming the friction of fragmented expertise.
Founded in London in 2022 by Marco Kogler and Bardia Bijani—who met researching Information Systems and Digital Innovation at the London School of Economics—FuzeQube was built to solve a specific market failure. Innovation stalls not because of technology, but because of misaligned incentives and institutional boundaries. Our ambition was to address these barriers—not simply by offering advice, but by actively building the structures through which complementary capabilities can create value.
OUR APPROACH
We approach challenges from a systems perspective, identifying the hidden dependencies between institutions, technologies, markets, and people that are invisible from within a single organization.
We believe the strongest teams are built around what a challenge requires. By connecting distinct forms of expertise, we create combinations that expand what any single entity can achieve.
Our objective is not to deliver isolated projects or passive recommendations. We establish the enduring capabilities, partnerships, and structures that enable organizations to continue progressing.

INTERNATIONAL BY DESIGN
Rooted in London.
Connected across borders.
FuzeQube has developed an international footprint through engagements across eight countries, particularly bridging Europe and North America. Rather than defining our reach through physical offices, we focus on building lasting relationships with institutions and specialists whose objectives complement our work.
OUR NETWORK
Independent expertise.
Collective opportunity.
Exceptional expertise should not be confined to the boundaries of individual employers or conventional advisory structures. Our collaborative model allows independent researchers, entrepreneurs, and industry practitioners to contribute to complex engagements while maintaining their professional independence.
